2. Leadership and Team Management

• HR Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring effective performance and professional development.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with other departments to integrate HR practices with business needs.

3. Recruitment and Talent Management

• Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent. This includes developing recruitment strategies and managing relationships with recruitment agencies.
• Employee Development: Implement training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and career growth.

4. Policy and Compliance

• Policy Development: Create and enforce HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and best practices.
