Develop and oversee the management of all operational, HSE audits, and training activities. Review and endorse all HSE inputs on tender documents for all projects. Establish and implement short and long-term HSE goals and objectives for Operational, HSE training, and audits. Coordinate with the departments to set Company's HSE targets and objectives. Review and update HSEMS / EMS manuals to ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and local & international HSE legislations. Prepare a budget for HSE Operations and HSE training & audit and monitor the expenditures to remain within the allocated budget. Ensure that Corporate HSEMS / ISM / EMS (ISO 14001) and ISO 45001 audits are conducted. Ensure regular audits and inspections of subcontractor's personnel, sites, and activities. Lead the conduction of Behavioral Safety Audits (BSA) and high-profile tours as per HSEMS guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
