Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Senior HSE Engineer (PMC) with 15+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing HSE activities on site, particularly in a PMC role, and hands-on experience with ADNOC projects. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all site-based HSE activities, ensuring compliance with ADNOC safety standards, regulations, and best practices. Supervise and guide site teams to enforce safety protocols, perform risk assessments, and implement mitigation measures. Coordinate HSE inspections, audits, and incident investigations on-site, ensuring corrective actions are taken as needed. Monitor and report on HSE performance, making recommendations for continuous improvement. Ensure the integration of HSE requirements into site operations and construction activities. Liaise with project management, contractors, and stakeholders to promote a culture of safety on-site. Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum of 15 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, with significant exposure to PMC roles and ADNOC projects. In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices. Proven ability to manage HSE activities in complex, high-risk environments. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly preferred. Preferred Skills:
