YOUR ROLE:You will partner very closely with the Senior HRD, to lead and oversee all human resources operations and ensure theyre aligned with our business goals for Singapore, India and Indonesia.You will have a very robust experience with HR knowledge, practices and employee management. You will communicate with the senior leaders to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations, statutory regulations, aligning local culture nuances with our global company culture.Proactively lead, coach and manage managers and leaders in the provision of an effective leadership and ensuring diversity, equity and inclusiveness is instilled in all all aspects of our operations. You will be the point of contact and subject matter expert on all HR operational requirements and enquiries within your region.YOU WILL:Collaborate with HR Centre of Excellence and Managers to ensure consistent delivery of HR services.Provide timely and positive resolution of escalated related HR operation issues.Monitor and report on day to day HR Operations for MEA.Oversee end to end Employee Life cycle - i.e. plan and conduct Onboarding and exit formalities.Handle end to end of payroll and all pay-out coordination with payroll vendor, finance and line managementApplication of Employment Pass, Dependent Pass and all employment related visa/ document and updates.Management and updating of movement files, shared folders, including P-Files.Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.Well versed with HR Information System - Workday and recruitment systems i.e. greenhouse, LinkedInProvides day-to-day and quarterly performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).Enhance local networks by building and maintaining strong relationships with university career offices, EDP, WSG and external professional bodies.Work in collaboration with the wider team and propose salary recommendations for new hires/roles.Collaborate with the global HR team in establishing and implementing L&D initiatives for the region and/or globally.Proactively gather training needs for the region by connecting with respective internal stakeholders.Actively involved in end to end hiring & selection with hiring managers/HODs to assess the candidate fit and closing out the position.Work closely with Senior HRD to implement initiatives to improve DEI, increase engagement and retention.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing any other ad-hoc HR projects / tasks as assigned.YOU SHOULD HAVE:A minimum of 5 - 7 years of exp in HR operations and in a Generalist role.Outstanding interpersonal skills (EQ) and ability to lead and work with empathy.Highly detail oriented, self resourceful and creative mindset.Proven record of being a good team player and in exhibiting partnership and stakeholder management.Ability to problem solve and possess basic decision-making skills with understanding of employee relationships.Solid Time & Task management and prioritisation skills.Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
