Senior Hr & Training Manager

Job Description

: We are seeking a dynamic Senior HR Training and Development Manager to lead our HR team and drive key HR functions, including recruitment, employee welfare, training , Induction and exit management. The role focuses on identifying training needs, developing comprehensive programs, and ensuring effective delivery. You will manage a team of up to 4 HR professionals, ensuring that HR operations align with the company's strategic objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the HR team in handling recruitment, employee welfare, training, and exit processes.

Collaborate with department heads to assess and address training needs, skill gaps, and development initiatives.

Design and deliver tailored training programs, focusing on technical, managerial, and soft skills.

Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the organization.

Ensure effective training delivery through internal and external trainers, workshops, and e-learning platforms.

Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, providing feedback and adjustments for continuous improvement.

Implement leadership development programs and mentor high-potential employees.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and HR best practices, particularly in training and employee management.

Develop and manage the training and development budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Maintain records of training activities, participation, and outcomes, and prepare reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PMP) is a plus.
• 7-10 years of experience in HR training and development, with a strong background in the real estate or related industries preferred.
• Mandatory UAE experience of atleast 3 years required.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
