Our client is a Leading Management Consulting Company. They are now looking for a Senior HR Specialist to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities

Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
Evaluate the company\xe2\x80\x99s culture and climate to determine if any changes need to be made to improve employee satisfaction
Track and manage all engagement tools metrics
Continue to review, update, and improve company policies and ensure policy compliance and awareness
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

Salary: AED 7000 - AED 12000
