Senior HR RPA DeveloperDepartment: People Tech & DevelopmentEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: RemoteDescriptionAutomate & Optimize HR Operations at ScaleWe are looking for a Senior HR RPA Developer to drive full-scale automation of our HR processes and optimize operational efficiency. This role will focus on automating workflows, integrating HR systems, and eliminating manual processes to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.As part of our HR People Tech and Development Team, you will leverage RPA, APIs, scripting, and automation tools to streamline everything from onboarding and payroll to compliance tracking and performance management. We are tool-agnostic and welcome any technology that gets the job done-whether it's UiPath, Power Automate, Python, Zapier, or custom-built solutions.Your Impact
  • Automate and optimize end-to-end HR processes, reducing manual workloads and improving operational efficiency.
  • Develop RPA bots and automation scripts to handle repetitive HR tasks (onboarding, payroll updates, employee record management, compliance tracking, etc.).
  • Integrate disparate HR systems (HRIS, ATS, Performance Management) via APIs, RPA, or other automation frameworks.
  • Enhance data accuracy by implementing automated validation, audit trails, and error detection workflows.
  • Develop self-service solutions (chatbots, automated workflows, or dashboards) to improve HR's ability to support employees without manual intervention.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to identify pain points, optimize workflows, and deploy scalable automation solutions.
  • Ensure security and compliance in all automated HR processes, including sensitive data handling.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong experience in RPA development and process automation, ideally in HR operations.
  • Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Zapier, Zenphi, Workato, Nintex, Blue Prism).
  • Experience with APIs and system integrations (e.g., connecting Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Lattice, Pinpoint, or custom HR tech stacks).
  • Programming/scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or VBA (not mandatory but a strong plus).
  • Process optimization mindset-ability to rethink workflows to eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate HR challenges into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain automation solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
