Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior HR Recruiter - Talent Acquisition to join our HR team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, particularly in the UAE market, and will be able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. This role is crucial in helping us attract, select, and retain top talent that aligns with our company's values and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and partnerships with educational institutions.
• Candidate Assessment: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
• Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier candidates.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize recruitment metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make informed decisions.
• Project Management: Handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR recruitment, with a focus on talent acquisition within the UAE.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations. Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
• Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
