• HR Planning & Management : Plan and manage both short-term and long-term functions of the Human Resources department across the Group.
• Policy Monitoring & Compliance : Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and followed throughout the Group.
• Guideline Development & Training : Develop HR procedure guidelines and provide training to relevant staff members to ensure proper understanding and compliance.
• Support Group Values & Goals : Uphold the Group's values and objectives in all HR-related activities, including recruitment, employee relations, supervision, and disciplinary action.
• Payroll Management : Responsible for overseeing payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Leave & Handover Management : Prepare annual leave plans, ensuring appropriate employee replacements and proper handovers during leave periods.
• Attendance Monitoring : Oversee employee attendance and verify punch-in timings submitted by the operations team.
• Documentation & Personnel Letters : Issue key HR documents such as employment offer letters, salary certificates, no objection certificates, and experience certificates.
• Employee Documentation Management : Ensure proper documentation procedures are followed for employment, termination, and post-termination actions.
• HR Filing System : Design and maintain a comprehensive filing and retrieval system for human resource records.
• Visa & Application Follow-Up : Track the progress of employment-related applications such as visas, Emirates ID, and other legal documentation.
• Analytical Reporting : Prepare periodic analytical reports concerning employee matters for management review.
• HR Budget Participation : Contribute to the preparation of the HR budget.
• Disciplinary & Grievance Management : Manage disciplinary and grievance procedures, including issuing related letters.
• Incident Verification & Reporting : Investigate employee-related incidents and report findings to management to support decision-making on disciplinary actions.
• Recruitment & Selection : Actively participate in the recruitment and selection process.
• Employee Relations : Support daily HR operations and engage with employees to address concerns and maintain positive relations.
• Team Development : Support the professional development of HR team members and the broader workforce.
• Onboarding & Training : Lead employee onboarding and induction, ensuring proper orientation and training for new hires.
• Training Coordination : Organize and coordinate both in-house and external training activities to promote employee development.
• GPSSA Experience : Familiarity with General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA) processes.
Qualifications :
• Education :
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience :
• Minimum of 5-8 years of proven experience in a Senior HR Officer or HR Administrator role.
• Strong background in managing core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and disciplinary actions.
• Experience with HR budgeting, analytical reporting, and training coordination is preferred.
