Job Purpose:
The Senior HR Officer is responsible for managing the HR functions to ensure the efficient and effective administration of HR policies and procedures. This role involves overseeing recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Collaborate with Senior Management to identify staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment to meet the company's goals.
• Develop strategies to attract top talent, including working with external recruitment agencies and using online platforms.
Identify training needs and organize professional development programs.
Support the development and implementation of career progression plans for employees.
Ensure compliance with mandatory training programs and keep records of employee certifications and qualifications.
Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring it is implemented in line with company policies.
Provide coaching to managers on performance evaluation and feedback techniques.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and HR best practices.
Keep the HR department updated on changes to employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Handle HR-related documentation such as contracts, warnings, and terminations.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources.
Knowledge of UAE Staff Pension registration, cancellation and formalities.
Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management and compensation.
Proficiency in HR ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
