We are seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee our clients HR operations which spans over two business verticals, Clinic and Nursery located in Palm Jumeirah. Reporting to the CEO, this role involves collaborating with finance and the PRO for efficient HR management.
Salary: 8k - 10K per month
45 hours per week, weekends off
Start Date: 12th February, 2024
Location: Palm Jumeirah
Experience in HR within the healthcare sector would be highly preferred and immediate joiners only should apply.Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment for clinic and nursery staff, ensuring compliance.
Implement efficient recruitment strategies and collaborate with external legal counsel.
Oversee license renewals with relevant authorities.
Maintain proactive communication with government entities, leveraging the PRO.
Implement performance appraisal systems for doctors and nursery employees.
Process timely monthly salaries, manage HRMS systems, and handle administrative tasks.
Develop and implement HR strategies to support organizational goals.
Identify HR automation tools and promote a positive work environment.
Utilize external legal counsel for specialized matters.
Leverage the PRO for interactions with government entities.
Submit monthly reports to finance summarizing HR activities, recruitment progress, performance evaluations, and more.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in HR or related field.
3-5 years of healthcare HR experience.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws.
Excellent communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Familiarity with government entities and processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and collaborate with legal and PR resources.
