Job Title: Senior HR Executive Location: [ Abu Dhabi ] Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Executive to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee HR operations, provide guidance to junior HR staff, and contribute to creating a positive work environment. The Senior HR Executive will be instrumental in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and fostering a culture of growth and engagement. Key Responsibilities 1. HR Strategy and Planning Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity. 2. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and skill gaps. 3. Employee Relations and Engagement Address employee grievances and manage conflict resolution. Organize team-building activities and employee recognition programs. 4. Performance Management Implement performance appraisal systems and provide coaching for improvement. Guide managers in setting objectives and conducting reviews. 5. Policy Development and Compliance Update and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws. Ensure a safe and inclusive workplace environment. 6. Training and Development Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs. Foster leadership development and career growth opportunities. 7. HR Operations Supervise payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management. Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for management. 8. Team Leadership Mentor and guide junior HR team members. Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the HR department. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory position. Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
