We are urgently seeking to fill the position of Senior HR with a preference for a male Arabic national / Arabic speaking who possesses experience in managing human resources within the beauty and food & beverage industries. This role is crucial for our organization's continued success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals in the beauty and food & beverage sectors.
• Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for various roles within the company.
• Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, address grievances, and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Performance Management: Implement and monitor performance management systems, including setting goals, conducting appraisals, and providing feedback.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, including those specific to the beauty and food & beverage industries.
• HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative tasks such as employee records, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Nationality: Preferably male Arabic national.
• Experience: Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior role, particularly in the beauty and food & beverage industries.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certifications are a plus.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
