Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and provide support.
• Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and promoting a healthy workplace culture.
• Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely evaluations and feedback.
• Assist in the development of performance improvement plans and employee development initiatives.
• Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Support the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary structures and benefits packages.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports for management.
• Utilize HR metrics to analyze trends and improve HR practices.
• Collaborate with management to forecast workforce needs and develop succession planning strategies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory position.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
