We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Manager to lead our HR and Administration functions. This role requires a seasoned professional with hands-on experience in the UAE, preferably in the IT/software or product-based sectors. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing HR operations while fostering a high-performance and disciplined work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
? HR Operations & Administration
- Oversee full-spectrum HR operations including onboarding, employee documentation, exit formalities, and general office administration
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal company policies
Maintain and update HR systems and employee records accurately
? Performance Management & KPIs
- Design and implement staff KPIs, monitor progress, and support performance improvement plans
- Lead the performance appraisal process and manage goal-setting frameworks across departments
- Provide coaching to managers on performance-related matters
? Policy Development & Compliance
- Create, review, and enforce HR and administrative policies
Ensure HR practices are aligned with current legal regulations in the UAE
? Payroll & Compensation
- Oversee payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, and end-of-service benefits
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely salary disbursement and compliance reporting
? Employee Relations & Culture
- Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support retention strategies
? Leadership & Strategic HR
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on HR matters
- Lead and mentor the HR/Admin team with a focus on ownership and accountability
- Support recruitment and workforce planning when required
? Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in Dubai
- Background in IT/software/product-based companies is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of UAE labour laws, payroll systems, and HR tools
- Proven track record in performance management, KPI setting, and policy implementation
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision
