As the Senior HR Manager will be responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of a company\'s human resources department. The job holder will supervise and provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labour relations.The Key responsibilities will include:
Manpower Planning & Recruitment:
Plan and prepare annual manpower acquisition plan and budget
* Ensure achievement of the recruitment targets as per the approved manpower budget
* Ensure effective utilisation of the local recruitment quota (nationalisation target)
* Support the Head HR in hiring the middle and senior management positions
Training & Development:
Support the Learning& Development team in the Training needs analysis
* Ensure smooth execution of the induction process for the new entrants (induction training, cubicle allotment, team introduction, joining processes and formalities etc)
Conduct monthly induction workshops and ensure end to end on boarding for new hires
Distribute Employee Services Handbook to new entrants to familiarise them about the Company, Service Rules & Benefits.
Employee relations
Performance management and rewards:
Facilitate the performance management process
* Ensure communication and implementation of the performance management system to enable enforcement of the same across the Organisation
Create a culture of setting goal, timely review and feedback among the senior employees and head of functions within the organisation
Ensure objective administration of the performance appraisal process and accuracy in feedback collation
Ensure tracking of performance management and present reports on a regular basis to the management
Recommend employees for promotion in a particular year by identifying high performer and high potential employees based on the performance management system outcomes
Execute on-time disbursement of increments and incentive for the employees
Change Management:
Provide strategic support for all change management activities
Propose and execute changes/improvements within Human Resources to introduce best practices
Champion a culture of continuous improvement across the Concept
With in the Oil and Gas space|Global BusinessThe Successful candidate will have/be:
Post-graduate degree in Business Administration with specialisation in Human Resources Management
10-12 years of experience in Human resources
Experience handling the GCC Region as a minimum/ desirably EMEA
6 years in experience in a managerial role
Advanced knowledge of HR processes/policies (Management Development initiatives/ administration,Recruitment/ Expatriate Recruitment tools & Competency Based Hiring,Compensation modeling,Performance Management Systems and Models )
Awareness of the local labour law and legal compliance

Planning and Organising skills
