Job Description

• Recruitment: Manage the hiring process in compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding and contract preparation.
• Employee Relations: Address grievances and promote engagement.
• Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems aligned with regulations.
• Training: Identify training needs and coordinate programs.
• Compensation: Administer payroll and benefits according to legal standards.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and policies.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate HR records and reporting.
• Health & Safety: Promote workplace safety and employee well-being.
• Termination: Manage separations per labor law requirements.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with HR software.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• HR: 3 years (Required)
