Main Responsibilities
• Employee Engagement: follow-up on survey results and creation of
workshops to ensure implementation of action plans and continuous
improvement
• Induction and onboarding: ensure onboarding to be delivered for all new
joiners along with facilitating and coordinating Maison induction
• Performance and Career Review: PCR training and follow-up on PCR
meetings with the new Rise philosophy, analysis on PCRs to adjust action plan
• Training plan: creation of a training plan with managers in the region to
develop a training philosophy and implement continuous learning.
• Recruitment: support on recruitment processes from school sourcing to
administrative onboarding.
Update company databases with new employee information, including contact
details and employment forms.
• Managing all day-to-day HR administration tasks; ensuring that all HR records are accurate and up to date.
• Posting the open vacancies on job platforms and liaising with marketing team for social/digital media posts regarding vacancies for
various positions.
• Screen candidates CVs and filter out good candidates as per experience and skill to proceed for
interviews.
• Presenting a shortlist of candidates for the face-to-face interview stage with the retail management team
• Organizing interviews, sending confirmation emails and calendar invite

Profile
• Bachelor or Master Graduate (Major Law or HR)
• Strong command of English.
• Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, HR tools)
• Passionate about HR
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work with deadlines and prioritize
multiple tasks, without losing the eye for details.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
• Fashion retail HR: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
• Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) (Preferred)
• Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) (Preferred)
• BBA Human Resource Management (Preferred)
• Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management: (Preferred)
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP (Preferred)
