Job Description

Roll : Senior HR Executive

Location : On-Site, Dubai

Preference - Female candidates who possess sponsored/dependent/own visa.

Key Responsibilities:

1-Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews and conducting interviews.
2-Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
3-Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
4-Maintain payroll records, including deductions, bonuses, and overtime.
5-Monitor and track employee leave balances and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
6-Handle leave requests, approvals, and documentation accurately and efficiently.
7-Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and other perks.

8-Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits eligibility, enrollment and claims.
9-Collaborate with benefit providers to ensure effective delivery of services and resolve issues as needed.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.

Work Experience:
Minimum 3-4 years in HR roles with a focus on recruiting, payroll, leave management and employee benefits administration.
