Oversee both HR and financial operations within The Nova Clinic. This individual is responsible for aligning human resources strategies with organizational goals while ensuring accurate financial management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
•Human Resources Management: •
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
• Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance workforce skills.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
•Accounting and Financial Management: •
• Supervise and manage the accounting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize financial performance.
