Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment and staffing efforts to meet organizational needs.* Manage employee performance, feedback, and career development initiatives.* Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with labor laws.* Develop and implement HR policies and programs to enhance workforce productivity and engagement.* Administer compensation and benefits programs.* Advise management on HR issues and help align HR strategies with business objectives.*
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience in HR, preferably in a senior role.* Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.*
