Qualification:
• Should have minimum 6 years' experience in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation.
• Handle payroll administration and ensure accuracy in timekeeping and compensation.
• Manage HR software systems and employee databases.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Provide support to managers in performance management and employee development.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Advanced degree or HR certification preferred)
