We are currently looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our semi-government real estate company.The role aligns HR strategies with business objectives, fosters a positive workplace culture, and contributes to organizational success.Key Responsibilities:
Act as the HR liaison for assigned business units, handling recruitment, benefits, and policies.
Provide HR guidance to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and support the recruitment process.
Focus on recruiting Emirati talent through specific programs.
Manage onboarding to enhance employee retention.
Oversee leave management, probation processes, and disciplinary procedures.
Analyze HR data to improve processes and employee relations.
Promote company culture and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor\'s in Human Resources or related field (Master\'s preferred).
Experience: Minimum 6-8 years in HR management with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
Skills: Proficient in MS Office, HRIS, recruitment software, strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical abilities, and project management.
