Job Description
We are currently looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our semi-government real estate company.The role aligns HR strategies with business objectives, fosters a positive workplace culture, and contributes to organizational success.Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the HR liaison for assigned business units, handling recruitment, benefits, and policies.
- Provide HR guidance to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and support the recruitment process.
- Focus on recruiting Emirati talent through specific programs.
- Manage onboarding to enhance employee retention.
- Oversee leave management, probation processes, and disciplinary procedures.
- Analyze HR data to improve processes and employee relations.
- Promote company culture and employee engagement.
- Education: Bachelor\'s in Human Resources or related field (Master\'s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 6-8 years in HR management with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office, HRIS, recruitment software, strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical abilities, and project management.
