Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities:
• Lead HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Manage employee engagement and retention programs, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Provide guidance and support on HR matters, including conflict resolution, policy implementation, and compensation.
• Develop and manage training and development programs to ensure employee growth and skill enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with the UAE Nationalization Program and other governmental HR policies.
• Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll, benefits, and employee records.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
Public Relations (PR) Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy to enhance the company's brand presence, reputation, and media relations.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders to secure positive press coverage.
• Coordinate and manage press releases, speeches, articles, and company announcements.
• Organize and manage corporate events, press conferences, and media briefings.
• Manage crisis communication efforts and act as the company's spokesperson when necessary.
• Monitor media coverage and public perception of the company, providing recommendations to leadership for proactive actions.
• Maintain a positive corporate image and manage the company's presence on social media and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of HR and PR strategies with the company's overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
-Must be an Arab.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR and PR roles, ideally with at least 3 years in a senior capacity.
• Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
• Extensive experience in public relations, media relations, and corporate communications, particularly in the UAE.
• Experience working with UAE labor laws, governmental regulations, and HR compliance standards.
Skills:
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
• Expertise in managing HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
• Experience in media relations and crisis communications.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
