End-to-end UAE visa applications, preferably JAFZA.
Other short-term/tourist visa applications e.g. KSA visa, GCC, Africa visa.
Experience in the recruitment process until onboarding.
Attendance and Payroll calculation.
Managing HR system.
Recording and archiving of all HR-related documentation.
Administer employee benefits (i.e. annual air ticket entitlement etc.) in line with company policies and procedures.
Ensure completion of administrative formalities for employee onboarding and exits from the company such as booking repatriation flights, medical insurance applications and cancellations, etc. are completed in a timely manner as per company policies and procedures and government regulations.

Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor\'s degree in an HR or business-related discipline.
English mandatory (Arabic and French-speaking added advantage).
Flexibility to change.
Ready to accept new tasks and challenges.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
