Senior HR & Admin Officer:
Experience & Skills Requirements:
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in UAE as HR & Admin senior role.
Excellent knowledge & hands-on experience in:
•1. • •Core HR areas: •
HR operational procedures
Policy making & implementation
Payroll administration (ERP)
Costing & budgeting
MIS Reporting
Compensation & Benefits
Performance management
Trainings & development
Employees Visa & health insurance processing
ERP/Web HR system configuration & implementation
•2. • •Core Admin areas: •
Trade license, tenancy contracts, tawteek renewals
Company vehicles registration/license renewals
Knowledge to use Salik portals, vehicle fine payments etc.
Utilities payments (ADDC/ Etisalat/Fuel cards/ Internet etc.)
Handling office and branches' admin related maintenance requirements
Qualification & Certification:
Bachelors/ Master in business administration or related field with specialization in Human Resources (degree should be attested from MOFA)
Professional HRM Certification - highly preferred
Other Requitements:
1. Bilingual - (English & Hindi) Mandatory
2. Proficient in MS Advance Excel and using HRIS / ERPs
3. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
4. Smart, confident, ability to work with minimal supervision
5. Act as a supervisor for HR and admin team
6. Flexible and ability to work under pressure
7. Has Valid UAE driving license- highly preferred
8. Must be placed in Abu Dhabi & can join immediately
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
