ResponsibilitiesTo handle all VIP customer queries into the call center (via telephone and email) with regards to price and aircraft availability, and any other inquiries on Royal Jet services and products. Must provide excellent customer service and respond to all queries in a professional manner. The sales executive is required to work in SHIFTS at the call center, which is open 24 hours 7 days a week.Skills1. Minimum Diploma holder, preferably University bachelor\'s degree.2. 2-3 years of sales and/or brokerage experience.3. Certificate proficiency in English language4. Training in customer service or sales techniques5. Strong network of industry peers6. Must be able to travel when required7. Should have good negotiation skills8. Strong drive to succeed and growth capabilities
