The Role

The Senior Graphics and Drafting Officer plays an important role in supporting the graphics and presentation specialist team, emphasizing presentations, illustrations, and CAD Design. Leveraging their background in Architecture and Master Planning, they skillfully manage various graphic visualization and drafting tasks, ensuring all presentations align with company objectives and standards. With a keen eye for detail and clarity, the Senior Graphics and Drafting Officer delves deep into graphic creation and detailed graphics, drafting and presentation tasks. They undertake a key role on Modon's Design Team that includes the following main responsibilities: o Prepare and finalize graphic presentations in accordance with the brief provided, ensuring high-quality deliverables. o Independently complete presentations with minimal guidance, exhibiting initiative and proactive communication. o Adhere to company's graphic standards across all presentations, maintaining consistency and professionalism. o Create intricate digital illustrations, diagrams, and infographics that convey complex ideas clearly and aesthetically. o Show proficiency in CAD graphics, seamlessly integrating knowledge of Architecture and Master planning into visual deliverables. o Collaborate effectively with all team members and interface efficiently with staff from other departments, promoting a cohesive working environment. o Manage multiple tasks, prioritizing based on project timelines and importance. o Work independently, taking full ownership of tasks, and ensuring their timely completion with attention to detail. o Stay updated with current and upcoming graphic trends, ensuring that outputs are both modern and timeless. o Engage in post-production, image manipulation, and video editing tasks when necessary, adding value to the visual presentation suite. o Assist in preparing and consolidating presentation materials for senior leadership, stakeholders, and clients related to design and development projects. o Actively communicate with various department teams to ensure a smooth and collaborative working environment, identifying and resolving any potential issues or hurdles in the design process. o Ensure adherence to established company policies, guidelines, and standards in all executed tasks to maintain consistency and quality in presentation deliverables. o Participate actively in team meetings, contributing valuable insights, suggestions, and feedback to improve project outcomes and team performance. o Assist in preparing and consolidating presentation materials to senior leadership, stakeholders, and clients related to design and development projects. o Stay abreast with the latest industry software, design trends, and solutions. o Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities to stay updated with the latest industry best practices, tools, and technologies, thereby contributing effectively to the projects.



Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or relevant, related fields. o 4-6 years of professional experience, preferably in the UAE, with a minimum of 5 years focusing extensively on graphic design and drafting. o At least 3+ years in design consultancy, preferably within real estate development in the UAE/GCC region. o Previous GCC or UAE experience is essential.
