We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design and a proven track record of excellence in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator at an advanced level. Proficiency in other design programs is a plus and will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for both print and digital platforms, including marketing materials, websites, social media, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative design concepts that align with brand guidelines and project goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Conduct regular research to stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into design strategies.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and growth within the team.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design.

Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, design skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in additional design software such as Adobe InDesign, After Effects, or Sketch is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
