Designer

to elevate our brand aesthetics and product offerings.

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in textile, graphic, and product design, with a keen eye for color, texture, and composition. This role will be responsible for developing visual assets, packaging, and new product designs that align with our brand identity and resonate with our customers. The designer must have experience working across multiple platforms, including Amazon, Google Ads, Pinterest, and Meta.

Key Responsibilities

Textile & Product Design:

Develop innovative designs for bedding, throws, and blankets, incorporating trends and customer insights.

Graphic Design:

Create compelling visuals for digital marketing, social media, website, and packaging.

Branding & Aesthetics:

Ensure all design elements align with Cloud Scape Linen's brand identity and luxurious aesthetic.

Packaging & Labeling:

Design packaging materials, labels, and product inserts that enhance customer experience.

Platform-Specific Design:

Create engaging content tailored for Amazon, Google Ads, Pinterest, and Meta.

A+ Content & Product Details:

Design detailed product listings, A+ content, and enhanced brand content to optimize e-commerce performance.

Marketing Collateral:

Develop branding and marketing materials for various campaigns.

Logical Reasoning in Design:

Apply strategic thinking to design choices, ensuring coherence, usability, and brand consistency.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, product development, and manufacturing teams to bring concepts to life.

Market Research:

Stay updated on trends in home textiles, luxury bedding, and sustainable design.
Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Textile Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:

3+ years in textile, product, or graphic design, preferably in home decor or fashion.

Start-up Experience:

Prior experience working in a start-up environment is required.

Software Proficiency:

Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), AI tools, Canva, Figma, PowerPoint or textile design software.

Creative Thinking:

Strong artistic vision with the ability to translate ideas into functional and visually appealing designs.

Attention to Detail:

High level of precision in creating print-ready and digital assets.

Communication Skills:

Ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
