We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer / Creative Lead with a background in the real estate industry to join our dynamic team. This role requires a creative visionary who can lead and inspire the design team, ensuring that all visual content aligns with our brand identity and business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the design team to deliver innovative and high-quality design solutions tailored to the real estate market.
• Develop and maintain a creative environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
• Oversee the entire design process from conceptualization to execution, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines specific to real estate.
• Create compelling visual content for various platforms, including digital, print, social media, and web, with a focus on real estate marketing materials.
• Design brochures, banners, advertisements, property listings, and promotional content for real estate projects.
• Develop and maintain brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and property development, to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet business objectives.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed to ensure high-quality production and execution of design projects.
• Quality Control:
• Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by the team.
• Ensure all designs are accurate, on-brand, and meet the highest quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep the design team ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 8+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing and leading a design team.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects, including work specific to the real estate industry.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
