Senior Graphic Designer / Design Lead

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer / Design Lead with a blend of creative, managerial, and client-facing skills . This role would oversee social media design for Luna PR and its clients, while also contributing to Studio36.io across branding, UI/UX, and logo design. You will be working with a fantastic team and have the opportunity to learn, grow your skillset, yet contribute to the ideas and strategies we present. Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Digital Design: Create high-quality graphics for Luna PR and its clients. Branding & Identity Design: Work on logos, brand kits, and corporate identity projects. UI/UX Design: Contribute to website and app designs, ensuring an intuitive and aesthetic user experience. AI & Automation Tools: Utilize AI tools for content creation, design enhancement, and workflow automation. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team, ensuring efficiency and quality. Client-Facing Role: Communicate with clients to understand design needs, pitch creative ideas, and provide solutions. Collaboration with Leadership: Work under the Creative Director and Managing Director to align with the company's creative vision. Ideal Candidate Profile: Multi-skilled Designer: Strong in social media design, branding, UI/UX, and logo creation. AI Savvy: Familiar with AI tools for design and workflow efficiency. Leadership & Team Management: Experience managing a small design team. Client-Facing & Strategic Thinking: Ability to interact with clients, present work, and strategize branding approaches. Hands-On & Detail-Oriented: Willing to get into the nitty-gritty of design while managing high-level tasks. This role blends creativity, strategy, and leadership, making it ideal for a mid-to-senior-level designer who wants to shape brand identities and digital experiences while leading a team.
