As a

Senior Graphic Designer

, you will play a pivotal role in the creation of visually stunning digital assets for a variety of media channels. You will lead design projects from start to finish, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts that align with our brand's vision and objectives. Your expertise will elevate our digital presence, engaging audiences across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of the complete design process for digital media, from brainstorming initial concepts to final production and delivery. Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to create cohesive digital designs that support strategic initiatives. Design engaging visuals for social media, websites, email campaigns, digital ads, presentations, and other digital assets. Lead the development of design templates and branding guidelines to maintain consistency across all digital platforms. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Provide creative direction, mentorship, and feedback to junior designers and other team members. Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve our digital design output.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on digital media. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant tools. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects, including websites, social media campaigns, email templates, and digital advertising.
