Translate business objectives and completed templates into designs that are clear, compelling, visually exciting, easy to use and engaging
Defining the message of the visual design and designing images that communicate the theme or idea chosen by the end-users
Perform quality assurance testing for all designs and composing rough layouts of art and copy for users approval
Ability to take initial design concepts to complete projects including artwork and final production files within tight deadlines
Produce design specifications, scenarios, and design prototypes by presenting multiple solutions per project.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work autonomously or with a team. Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Act as an in-house designer to support the marketing needs and help to build strong brand values to achieve the marketing objectives
Ensure consistent Branding across all service offerings
Collaborate with marketing, IT, and design team members to determine Presentation, Conceptualization, and Contextualization strategies
Assist the marketing management in developing brand strategy and marketing plans
Create and lead the design implementation of projects incorporating innovative visual design and brand assets, while being mindful of usability and Web best practices
Collaborate with all other teams to continuously improve the brand and user experience
Refine, develop, and enforce consistent interface design, branding, and UA guidelines
Manage DP World, UAE Website layout (look & feel) and other related Microsites.
Monitor all images, icons, graphics used on website and other online publication and assure it\'s owned by the organization.
Manage, enhance and monitor DP World, UAE corporate identity guidelines and ensure it\'s applied on all online, printing materials and when used by third party.The job holder will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that aligns with DP World brand guidelines and strategic objectives. This role involves leading graphic design projects, supervising junior designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality creative assets for digital and print media including ATL & BTL collaterals, exhibition graphics, email campaigns, website design, web banners, video, and brand identity development. He/she will also be required to implement and compile with Environment, Health ,Safety and Security policies and procedures.Qualifications:Bachelor\'s Degree or related qualifications in Graphic DesigningHighly proficient in WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite with experience in Dreamweaver a plusProficient in HTML and CSSTechnical Competencies:
