Job Description

Position Overview:

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating exceptional design work across a variety of digital and print platforms. This role requires strong expertise in UX/UI design, motion graphics, 2D animation, branding, and infographics. The ideal candidate will have a creative flair, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- UX/UI Design:

- Develop user-centric designs for websites, mobile apps, and other digital interfaces.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to ensure seamless user experiences.

- Motion Graphics and 2D Animation:

- Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and 2D animations for various digital media.

- Utilize tools such as Adobe After Effects and Animate to create engaging and dynamic content.

- Incorporate animations into websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.

- Branding:

- Develop and maintain strong brand identities for clients, including logos, color schemes, typography, and visual guidelines.

- Create comprehensive brand strategies that reflect the client's vision and goals.

- Ensure consistency of brand elements across all media and platforms.

- Infographic Design:

- Design visually compelling infographics that effectively communicate complex data and information.

- Use a combination of graphic design skills and data visualization techniques to create engaging infographics.

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

Qualifications:

- Educational Background:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field is required.

- Experience:

- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI, motion graphics, 2D animation, branding, and infographics.

- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, XD, Animate,) Figma, Miro.

- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.

- Expertise in motion graphics and 2D animation techniques.

- Experience with branding and creating visual identities.

- Skilled in infographic design and data visualization.
