Work Location: RemoteAbout the Role:We are seeking a Senior Geophysicist to lead our Exploration team with a focus on subsurface reservoir exploration for CO2 mineralization and monitoring CO2 storage using advanced geophysical methods. This role requires expertise in carbon capture and storage (CCS) and proficiency in techniques such as seismic, DAS, DTS, electromagnetic, and gravity methods to support 44.01\'s carbon removal operations.Key Responsibilities:

This role requires expertise in carbon capture and storage (CCS) and proficiency in techniques such as seismic, DAS, DTS, electromagnetic, and gravity methods to support 44.01\'s carbon removal operations.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead geophysical surveys and investigations for reservoir characterization and CO2 mineralization monitoring.
- Oversee data collection, processing, and interpretation, with a focus on microseismic monitoring, DAS, DTS, and electromagnetic surveys.
- Manage the Exploration team and collaborate with third-party providers and consultants.
- Support the company\'s monitoring, reporting, and verification strategy.
- 5-10 years of experience in geophysical data collection, processing, and interpretation, ideally in CCS.
- Preferred Master of Science degree in Geophysics.
- Strong advocate for sustainability and negative emissions.
- Willingness to travel to field sites in Oman, UAE, and the UK.
