Academic qualification: Bachelor's degree in nursing Required experience: Three years in the field of work Bahraini Female Candidates Only Job duties and skills required: - Administrative and technical supervision of nurses in the center to provide the best services. - Act as a link between the nursing staff on daily shifts and create a spirit of cooperation between them. - Maintain the safety of residents and nurses in the department by directing them to work in a safe and effective manner. - Receives and gives information and data about the patients from one shift to another. - Contact the doctor on duty at the Ministry of Health (preparing files - examinations from the doctor). - Ensure all tram workers are in uniform. - Leading and evaluating the work of nurses and nursing assistants. - Holding periodic meetings for nurses and some specialists in order to develop nursing services, attend and participate in the center's meetings, and prepare meeting minutes. - Evaluate and direct nursing plans provided to patients by analyzing and reporting on the information provided. - Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly reports. - Maintain patient files and keep information confidential. - Carry out physician orders and provide required treatment and care to all patients. - Keep hazardous medications and store them in a safe place (sedatives - chemicals) and make sure all medications have an expiry date. - Follow up on the health condition of the patient and give the medicine according to the required quantities and at the specified times as instructed by the physician. - Treating and following up on infectious cases among patients and isolating them, while implementing instructions and guidelines to avoid infection among workers and residents. - Providing first aid in case of injuries at the home/center, then transporting the disabled elderly person to receive the necessary treatment in hospitals. - Planning and attending job-related lectures, seminars and meetings.
