Being a part of a luxury retail brand, a sales associate is required to have strong communication skills, collaborative mindset and brilliant customer service. He/she must be able to understand the needs of the customers, narrow it down to the available products in the showroom. He should have excellent product knowledge with a desire to improve personal skills
Building and maintaining relationships with high-end clients: The sales team is responsible for forming strong relationships with high-end clients to create long-term loyalty and repeat business.
Providing personalized customer service: Must be attentive to the needs and preferences of each customer, providing personalized recommendations and assistance throughout the shopping experience.
Meeting sales targets: The sales team is responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets set by the retail brand, through effective customer engagement and sales techniques.
Staying up to date on product knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge of the luxury brand's products, including materials, craftsmanship, and design, in order to effectively sell to customers.
Upselling and cross-selling: Should be skilled at upselling and cross-selling additional products and accessories to maximize the value of each customer transaction.
Merchandising and visual presentation: The sales team may also be responsible for assisting with merchandising and visual presentation of the store, ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and engaging manner.
Resolving customer issues: Must be equipped to handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner, maintaining a positive experience for the customer.
Collaborating with other departments: May need to collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and inventory management to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Providing feedback: Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, product performance, and other insights to help improve sales strategies and overall business performance.
Upholding brand image and values: The sales team plays a crucial role in upholding the luxury brand's image and values, representing the brand with professionalism, knowledge, and a high level of customer service.

Qualification:
Minimum of 6 years working in luxury furniture in UAE.
Previous experience working in luxury retail or with high-end brands
Associate or bachelor's degree in sales or marketing
A background or interest in luxury furniture, interior design, or related industries.
Experience in event management or sales coordination in a showroom or retail environment.
Knowledge of the UAE market, particularly in dealing with luxury clientele and suppliers.
Preferably Emirate or European .
Basic understanding of the UAE business culture and local regulations.
