Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, monitor, and support the safety part of an awarded project. Ensure safety technical compliance and safety package for production. Lead the adoption of safety culture at Lear from a technical perspective Provide functional safety consultancy services to other departments and projects Functional Safety Manager development solution, including review and consultancy DIA, Safety Gate Review. Safety Q&A, Safety estimation work products timely delivery Direct contact with customers for technical affairs Support to other departments ISO26262 adaption Support to other departments on technical solutions ISO26262 compliance Provide coaching in Functional Safety technical aspects.

Key skills and Qualifications:

Proven previous experience in safety technical activities and work products generation (Systems, HW or SWparts) At least 3 years of proven experience in functional safety-related design activities Experience in providing safety-related training and/or coaching Proficient in ISO26262:2011 and 2018 English language skills are a must, and German is desirable High communication and presentation skills
