Senior Front-End Engineer

Job description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Front-End Engineer to join our team at Prepaire(TM). This position requires an expert in modern web technologies such as React, TypeScript, Redux, and SCSS, with a strong focus on building high-performance, dynamic user interfaces. In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience in 3D development, animation, and React Native to help create immersive, cross-platform experiences.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement responsive, dynamic, and performant web applications using React, TypeScript, and SCSS. 3D and Animation: Build rich 3D and animated features using technologies like Three.js, Spline, or similar, to create engaging and interactive user experiences. State Management: Lead the design and implementation of Redux or similar state management solutions to ensure a smooth and scalable data flow across the application. ork with performance best practices to optimize front-end code for both speed and efficiency, focusing on minimizing load times and rendering performance. Partner with designers, back-end engineers, and product managers to build features that meet user needs and technical requirements. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Work with batch processing and optimize front-end data handling, including large datasets and complex animation sequences. Actively contribute to the improvement of development processes, tools, and practices, advocating for high-quality, maintainable, and reusable code.

Required Skills and Expertise:

5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a focus on React, TypeScript, and modern web technologies. React & TypeScript: Deep understanding of React and TypeScript for building scalable and performant web applications. State Management: Expertise in using Redux or similar libraries for state management in large-scale applications. Hands-on experience with Three.js, Spline, or other 3D libraries to create interactive 3D elements and scenes. Strong knowledge of modern web animation techniques and libraries such as GSAP, Framer Motion, or CSS animations. Experience writing modular, maintainable, and performant styles using SCSS, CSS, or other modern CSS methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and experience collaborating with design teams to deliver user-friendly applications. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud for deploying and scaling web/mobile applications.
