- Hold a Diploma or Degree in Engineering
- Possess a minimum of 7 years of professional experience
- Have specific experience in the marine industry
- Understand marine operations, systems, and equipment
- Able to design, implement and maintain marine systems
- Capable of handling marine-related projects
- Proficient in the use of marine engineering software
- Able to comply with marine safety regulations and standards
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and team management skills
