We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Florist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions (weddings, events etc.).

- Oversee the daily operations of the flower shop, including inventory management and order processing.

- Train and supervise junior florists and assistants.

- Consult with clients to understand their floral needs and preferences.

- Ensure all floral designs meet the company's high standards.

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workspace.

- Keep up to date with current floral design trends and techniques.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a florist.

- Strong design skills and creativity in floral arrangements.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

- Knowledge of flower care and maintenance.

- Experience in training and supervising staff is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Floral Design or related field.

- Previous experience in a senior florist role.
