- Budgeting (PL, BS, CF)
- Reporting (PL, BS, CF)
- Managing budgetary control of expenses and payments
- Engaging in automation projects
- Overseeing settlements with service providers
- Monitoring accountable amounts
- Reconciling data between management and accounting databases
- Monitoring deviations
- Generating preliminary reports in the management database and assessing expense reasonableness
- Conducting budgetary oversight of contracts and fund disbursement applications.
- Higher education (preferably in a relevant field)
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM programs
- Fluent in English and Russian
- Ability to work in a team, follow team rules, react quickly, and make independent decisions
