You will be an integral part of the finance team responsible for managing and optimising the financial performance of our loyalty programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive strategic decisions and enhance customer loyalty.Responsibilities of a Senior Financial Analyst - Loyalty Program
Analyse financial data related to loyalty program initiatives to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Develop and monitor KPIs related to customer loyalty metrics, providing actionable insights to improve program performance.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and IT teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
Prepare detailed financial reports and models to support strategic business decisions.
Perform variance analysis to identify program strengths and areas for improvement.
Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements related to loyalty programs.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Requirements for a Senior Financial Analyst - Loyalty Program
Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a loyalty program or related field.
Strong proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
Experience working with financial software and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
