Senior Finance Analyst

Specializing in providing real estate services to corporate, expatriate, commercial, industrial clients, and project marketing consultancy in the UAE. The company offers professional consultancy on marketing, property integration, and strategic Buy-Manage-Sell and build strategies in the region.


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Analyst to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong financial acumen, a deep understanding of the real estate industry, and a proven track record of success in financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis 1 of real estate investments, including property valuations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future performance and identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and industry benchmarks to inform strategic decision-making.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts for real estate projects and portfolios.
• Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and taking corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed financial projections for new development projects and acquisitions.

Financial Modeling:

• Create complex financial models to evaluate real estate investments, including discounted cash flow analysis, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning.
• Utilize advanced financial modeling techniques to assess the impact of various factors on financial performance.

Due Diligence:

• Conduct thorough financial due diligence on potential real estate acquisitions, including reviewing financial statements, analyzing property valuations, and assessing legal and regulatory risks.

Payments and Receivables:

• Develop and Implement Internal Processes:
• Create and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for payment processing, invoicing, and collections.
• Establish clear guidelines for handling different payment methods (cash, checks, credit cards, wire transfers, etc.).
• Implement a robust system for tracking and monitoring payments and receivables.
• Develop a system for timely follow-up on overdue payments and resolving disputes.
• Oversee Payment Processing and Receivables:
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all payments and receivables.
• Monitor cash flow and reconcile bank accounts regularly.
• Identify and resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Compliance with AML Guidelines:
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
• Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence on clients and counterparties.
• Monitor transactions for suspicious activity and report any irregularities to the relevant authorities.

Ad-hoc Analysis:

• Provide financial analysis and support for ad-hoc requests from senior management and other stakeholders.
• Conduct special projects as assigned, such as analyzing new investment opportunities or developing financial strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate finance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of real estate investment principles, valuation methodologies, and financial modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in financial analysis software (e.g Excel and tools).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
