Responsibility and FocusThe Sr. Financial Analyst will be responsible on the day to day process such as handling vendor reconciliations confirmation as well as checking and confirming JV\'s done by Resources, supporting on rolling forecasts preparation and gathering data.Main TasksTechnical & ProductMaintain updated filing records for the JVs, invoices (digital & hard copies).Follow up on WIP to ensure proper timely billing.Direct the billings to the correct accounts and supervise the process till have the confirmation of the invoice dispatch.Prepare the files required for the month end closure entries.Supervise all regular accounting processes and Journal Entries during the month and the monthly closure accountsReconciles customer accounts and manages accounts receivable collectionsCheck the vendors reconciliations and supervise the payments\' request.Budgeting support and monitor the monthly actual results VS forecasted.Admin and general support.Perform other related duties as assigned.Provides the required support for the internal & external auditors upon request.Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency

• Check POs and validate the supporting documents for approval.
• Validate the documents of the 3rd party invoices before sharing for posting.
• Check the effect of the entries\' posting and print the corresponding JVs.

QualificationsEducation and Experience Required

• Two to five years of experience is a must
• Billingual
• Bachelor degree in the same or related feild
