Role Overview: Luna PR is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to take on a strategic leadership role, overseeing the financial health and operational efficiency of the company across its global offices. This role goes beyond traditional finance functions, encompassing responsibilities akin to a CFO. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international tax management, business structuring, and corporate projections while being comfortable transacting in cryptocurrency and navigating the web3 ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:

Global Financial Management: Oversee financial operations across Luna PR's international offices, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with global strategies. Tax Management: Lead and manage tax planning, compliance, and filing for the company and executives across multiple jurisdictions. Business Structuring: Develop and manage business structures, including setting up subsidiaries and managing cross-border financial operations. Projections & Strategy: Create and analyze company financial projections, advising executives on long-term financial planning and growth strategies. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Risk Management: Assess and mitigate financial risks, ensuring secure and efficient financial operations, including managing cryptocurrency transactions and wallets. Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and processes to enhance operational efficiency across global offices. Executive Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on financial planning, investments, and strategic opportunities. Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and coordinate with auditors and legal teams. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CPA, CMA, or MBA are highly desirable. Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within multinational or tech-focused companies. Extensive knowledge of global tax regulations, business structuring, and compliance. Experience transacting in cryptocurrencies and managing digital assets is a strong advantage. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning. Strong understanding of international business operations and financial regulations.
