The role will be responsible for managing the Hotel consolidation, intercompany accounts, Fixed Asset Tagging, VAT / Corporate Tax handling and financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department for Hotel consolidation, intercompany accounts, Fixed Asset Tagging, VAT / Corporate Tax handling and financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectivesREQUIREMENTSRequisite Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance, Accounts or equivalent.
- Desirable to have certification in working capital management.Experience Requirement:
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a large organization preferably in real estate/property or related sector.
- Working experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.Skills Required:
