:We are seeking a Senior Finance Exeuctive with a strong focus on Invoicing, Working Capital , Month-end closing, and other tasks as required below:
Manage external and intercompany billing with precision as per the company set guidelines.
Manage the financial aspects of Major projects which primarily includes the preparation and approval of cost summary / draft invoices, submitting the SES and final invoices in Ariba, maintaining record of utilization of PO Budget etc.
Ensuring that suppliers invoices are being booked under relevant projects to ensure the project profitability.
Support cash flow improvement through Leading weekly AR & WIP meetings with operational managers/coordinators, focusing on aged. Invoices, payment disputes, potential bad debt provisions, and WIP progress.
Set up the Projects, on inspection production tool ( Ii2) , create & baseline IORA's in Oracle for intercompany billing.
Collaborated with the finance controller, analyzing major project profitability.
Assist with month end and with other ad-hoc reporting and analysis.

Accounting technician qualification is mandatory.
Minimum 3 to 5 years in similar role
Strong competence with MS Office applications, specifically advanced MS Excel
Working experience of Oracle preferred
Proven experience of producing management information / reports and analysis
Proactive Individual able to manage their own tasks with minimal support
Individual with the sense of urgency working attitude
