:We are looking for Senior Field Marketing & Communications Executive to be the local point of contact for MARCOM - Himel Business in MEA.Job responsibilities:

Marketing operations
Building marketing plan for countries in alignment with sales leaders and HOD.
Manage day to day marketing requirements from partners/ distributors.
Participation in industry trade shows, exhibitions, conferences to increase demand generation for the brand.
Support creation of marketing collaterals in line with marketing plans for a range of digital and print channels including Instore branding, display boards, demo kits, flyers, adverts etc.
Act as a local brand guardian ensuring all internal and external materials are consistent in tone of voice, messaging and visual identity.
Protect brand reputation through social monitoring and scale digital presence by encouraging partners to share Himel branded content on a regular basis.
Coordinate the production of Marketing materials with local agencies across the region (includes catalogues, marcom tools, gift items, posters etc)
Support all types of permits, letters, certificates, documentation requests coming from sales teams.
Work closely with cross functional teams like Offer managers, Product Development team in China, sales, logistics and operations to coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches etc.
Vendor management: Negotiate best pricing from all vendors and ensure timely delivery and storage of goods.
Work closely with inhouse Ecommerce Manager for all online sales related actions.
Follow up with sales teams and measure ROI for all field marketing led activities and collect customer data, leads, and enquiries.
Aligning with Head of Marketing, Sales leaders & finance for all marketing led initiatives and sales promotions and maintain interdepartmental relations.
Execute all branding requests after alignment and approval from Head of Marketing and make regular field and market visits to ensure brand visibility.
Mandatory experience of field marketing, operational and channel marcom.
Experience of promoting, managing, and evaluating marketing and communication tactics
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially excel and PowerPoint.
Marketing/Communications or business-related degree
Minimum 5 years previous solid relevant experience in field marketing/event management in a similar role in the ME region.
Experience of identifying gaps in the market using advertising and press and online campaigns, promotional events, and social media to attract new business
Experience of developing marketing and communications plan
Excellent spoken English
Arabic is a plus
